1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pink Supermarket mobile app and your enrollment in the Diwali Fund Scheme, offered by Pink Supermarket, Pondy Main Road, Kandamangalam, Villupuram - 605102, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or enrolling in a scheme, you agree to these terms.

2. The Diwali Fund Scheme

• The Diwali Fund Scheme is a prepaid grocery savings plan. You must pay the scheme's monthly installment amount (shown in the app in Indian Rupees, ₹, and specific to the scheme you enroll in) continuously for that scheme's full duration (for example, 12 months).
• Each month's payment must be made between the 1st and the 10th of that month.
• If payment is missed for 2 consecutive months, you will be removed from the scheme. In that case, the amount you have already paid will be refunded, but only in cash — not to your original payment method.
• On successful completion of a scheme, only the specific items listed for that scheme are provided as redemption. Under no circumstances will those items be replaced with a cash payout instead.
• Each enrollment is tied to the mobile number used to sign up and is non-transferable to another person without our written consent.
• A customer may hold more than one scheme account; each is tracked, paid, and redeemed separately, and may have its own installment amount, duration, and item list.

3. Payments

• All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Online payments are processed through our payment gateway partner (currently Cashfree). We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
• You may also pay in cash or by GPay/UPI directly at the store, recorded by our staff in the app.

4. Your Account

• You must provide accurate name, phone number, and address details.
• You are responsible for keeping your phone number secure, since it is used to sign in via OTP.

5. Cashback & Referral Rewards

Any cashback or referral rewards credited to your account can be applied only toward future payments within the app, are not redeemable for cash, and may be adjusted if a referral or payment they were based on is reversed or found invalid.

6. Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep the app and scheme running smoothly, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from app downtime, delayed payment confirmation, or delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or WhatsApp where practical.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Villupuram, Tamil Nadu.
